Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
